TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITION VISITORS

For everyone’s comfort and to maintain the security and preservation of the works on display, all visitors are expected to observe the following terms:

1. Do not touch the artworks or any exhibition display elements.
2. Visitors may take photos and videos for personal use, while remaining considerate of other visitors’ comfort.
3. The use of flash, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, or large photographic equipment is prohibited without permission from the organizers.
4. Visitors must maintain a safe distance from the artworks and follow all designated barriers and directions.
5. Food and beverages are not permitted in the main exhibition area.
6. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes/vapes, is prohibited throughout the exhibition area.
7. Visitors are expected to remain quiet and refrain from activities that may disturb other visitors or endanger the artworks.
8. Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or accompanying adult while in the exhibition area.
9. Visitors must keep the area clean and must not litter.
10. Dangerous objects, sharp objects, flammable materials, or any other items that may endanger the artworks or visitors are prohibited.
11. Visitors must follow the instructions of the organizers and security personnel, as well as the venue’s rules, while in the exhibition area.
12. The organizers reserve the right to issue a warning or ask visitors to leave the exhibition area if they engage in conduct that may compromise security or comfort, or potentially damage the artworks.
13. If any artwork or exhibition facility is damaged due to a visitor’s negligence or actions, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the applicable provisions.
14. By entering the exhibition area, visitors are deemed to have understood and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
